When you select a puppy, a reservation deposit secures that puppy specifically for your family, preventing others from claiming the same puppy. Because we immediately halt inquiries and invest in dedicated preparation for that puppy, reservation deposits are non refundable but remain fully transferable to any future litter for up to twelve months.
Final adoption payments become due prior to travel dispatch or at the time of scheduled nursery pickup. All payments are processed through secure, verified channels providing clear receipts and documentation for both parties.
In the unlikely event that a puppy fails our strict pre departure veterinary examination or becomes unavailable due to unforeseen breeder circumstances, the buyer will receive an immediate full refund or priority choice of an available puppy from the next litter.
If unexpected life circumstances ever prevent an owner from caring for their Pug at any point during its life, we guarantee to welcome the dog back into our care or assist in finding a wonderful new home. We ensure no Love Dawn Pug enters a shelter.
